At Aegis 24-7, our Civil Law Will is created with reference to the Singapore’s Wills Act 1838. Therefore, your Wishes will be recognised by relevant authorities.
Parents with young children, please note; if one parent passes, the surviving parent cannot be appointed as the sole administrator. By law, the survivor parent, must bring a 3rd party as co-administrator of the estate.
