FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Absolutely. Our payment system adheres to industry standards, ensuring that your payment is secure and safe.
All purchases of Products and/or Services are subject to a Cooling Off Period. The Cooling Off Period starts from the date and time you make payment and lasts for up to FORTY EIGHT (48) hours.
During the Cooling Off Period, you may cancel the purchase transaction without giving any reason and request a Full Refund of the Purchase Price. This is subject to the CONDITION that you have not downloaded the Product or accessed or used the Service. To request for a Full Refund during the Cooling Off Period, please email you request to support@aegis24-7.com
The Cooling Off Period ends automatically once you DOWNLOAD a Product or ACCESS/USE a Service, OR upon EXPIRY of the FORTY EIGHT (48) hour period even if you have not downloaded the Product or accessed/ used the Service. The purchase transaction becomes FINAL once the Cooling Off Period ends even if you have not downloaded the Product or accessed/ used the Service.
There will be NO refunds whatsoever once the purchase transaction becomes final.
No, our system stores your Will for 30 days from the date of purchase. After that, it is automatically deleted to ensure the security of your data. If you wish to create a new Will after 30 days, you will need to repurchase, sign, and store it in a safe place to prevent future loss.
When you purchase our regular Will, which includes provisions for your HDB, you can specify your wishes for your share (if you have a co-owner). If you are the sole owner, you can designate who will continue the mortgage payments or have the right to sell the property.
When it involves private properties and businesses, additional details are needed to ensure your wishes are accurately documented and communicated in your Will. Since our platform is designed for simple Will setups, we recommend engaging professional lawyers to assist you better.
Testator – Person who creates the Will
Executor – Person who administers your Will to relevant authorities and ensure correct distribution as per the Will
Beneficiary – Person who inherit your estate
Estate – Includes the Testator’s net worth such as Cash, Real estate, Possessions, Financial Securities, Investments, Stocks, Luxury goods, and other valuable items that could be exchanged for cash
If you have specific assets you want to allocate to someone, or if you want to ensure a trusted person manages your estate after you pass, it’s important to include these details in your Will. However, please note that your Will becomes invalid after you get married, and you will need to create a new one.
Yes, our professional Singaporean lawyers with more than 20 years experience are available to assist you with your Will intentions. Contact us for more details.
If your beneficiary already owns an HDB, the process will be subjected to HDB regulations on property liquidation. The proceeds from the sale will be considered part of your estate and distributed according to your Will.
