The purchase transaction becomes FINAL once the Cooling Off Period ends even if you have not downloaded the Product or accessed/ used the Service.
There will be NO refunds whatsoever once the purchase transaction becomes final.
No, our system stores your Will for 30 days from the date of purchase. After that, it is automatically deleted to ensure the security of your data. If you wish to create a new Will after 30 days, you will need to repurchase, sign, and store it in a safe place to prevent future loss.
