CAN I MAKE A LAST WILL WITHOUT USING A LAWYER?

YES! The basic legal requirement is that the Last Will must either printed or written on paper, signed by the maker and witnessed by 2 independent witnesses. The difficult part for ordinary Singaporeans (unless they are legally trained as lawyers) is writing the actual contents of the Last Will. CAN I CANCEL MY PURCHASE & GET A REFUND?

YES! You have a 48 HOUR COOLING OFF PERIOD once the Last Will is generated. During this COOLING OFF PERIOD and before you download the Last Will, you may cancel your purchase without giving any reason and get a FULL REFUND. Refund wil only be done via eNets. You have up to 3 days to download the Last Will. Of course there is no refund once you download the Last Will as you will be regarded as having used the product.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE LAST WILL AFTER 3 DAYS?

For purposes of your own cyber security protection, the Last Will shall be auto deleted upon the expiry of the 3 day period if it has not yet been downloaded by you. In that case you are not entitled to any refund at all. Please read our Refund Policy at our Homepage for more details.
